Bill has been a long-time EV owner and was instrumental in building Rove Charging's full-service charging hub model, which is designed to eliminate common EV charging pain points. Named Charging Station Solution of the Year and a 2025 Best EV Hub in the World finalist, Rove is a full-service charging center developer and operator in Southern California on a mission to offer the best EV charging experience. Using a customer-centric approach, Rove is building EV centers that transform EV charging and encourage EV ownership.    Under Bill’s leadership, Rove Charging has opened two prominent community-style charging destinations in Southern California, featuring 40 ultra-fast DC chargers, 24/7 onsite security, lounges, and Gelson's ReCharge markets. Rove opened its first center in Santa Ana in October 2024, followed by Santa Ana in April 2026, and plans to open more across the region in the coming years.
