With over 1500 lots sold in the first half of the year there are both highs and lows and some extraordinary prices achieved, which almost defines how hard it is to price stock. The pool of buyers continues to expand – where do they come from and what are they competing the hardest for? With some commercial examples we also review the revival of retail and how returns compare to other sectors and what buyers compete most for.
