Richard puts it, in “a Type Three culture” — a culture obsessed with image, achievement, and approval. Threes often learn as children that love is earned through performance rather than given freely. Over time, this can lead to an over-identification with the presentable self, at the expense of deeper authenticity.   Today we're also joined by actor, director, and musician Josh Radnor, who is best known for starring on the sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
