Ep. 201 - The Jaguar

About this episode

Doug discusses an entirely new issue in the neighborhood, which may be related to the first issue. He also has an important update on Pete and Candice. Chuck believes the podcast belongs to him now. Another thing: Big Cliff is coming (officially opening on Eddie Van Halen Day), but it was built 17 feet higher than expected (now 82 feet) and everyone in the Rancho Equestrian District is scared to jump.
