The Slumber Party Massacre: Drilled to Death

About this episode

The Slumber Party Massacre: Drilled to Death Our journey through the wonderfully terrible world of '80s horror continues with 1982's The Slumber Party Massacre! This week, Matt, Joey, Eric, and Drake break down a slasher classic featuring a murderous escaped convict armed with a suspiciously powerful drill, the worst basketball team in movie history, a creepy neighbor with questionable boundaries, and a group of teenagers making absolutely terrible decisions. We discuss the movie's bizarre origins as a feminist satire, attempt to figure out how the killer's drill works without a power cord, and ask the important questions Hollywood apparently forgot to answer. It's got blood, bad acting, gratuitous nudity, and more plot holes than a block of Swiss cheese. Everything you could possibly want from a low-budget '80s horror movie! 🎙️ Hoot'n & Holler'n with Matt Mitchell, Joey Prestley, Eric Nix, and Drake Pittman. 🌐 More from the show: hootnandhollern.com
