Ep 1415 | Aliens, Mermaids, and Werewolves: When “Christian” Teaching Becomes Occult Mythology

About this episode

Katie Souza claims to be a Christian but has some strange ideas, to say the least, that she is sharing online. From believing in mermaids and werewolves, to connecting aliens and hybrid children to the nephilim in the Bible, Katie has very sensational and occult-like opinions. Allie discusses Katie’s absurd stories that appeal to secret knowledge about the spiritual world and looks at how sensational ideas can work their way into Christian circles because they are interesting, despite not being found in Scripture. She also looks at how Scripture warns believers to not listen to teachers for entertainment value but for substance and truth. ana kate is available to download in the app store today: https://www.anakate.com/get-the-app The ana kate app is coming soon for Android users.
