I wish it weren’t the reality, but Republicans lost BAD in the midterms. There are a lot of reasons why the result was this brutal, many of which point back to Republicans being upset with how the country is going. Ultimately, this was a shock wave on a national level — one that was finally able to turn Texas blue. This was all part of the Democrats’ plan to appear as moderate as possible to gain all the lukewarm, uninformed voters. I have been sounding the alarm about all the migration into Texas, and it contributed to this loss. Migration of liberal Californians and unfettered immigration contributed to the mess we are in now.
